Last Will and Testament

• Last Will and Testament of Hubert DeClusin
  I, Hubert DeClusin of the Township of Shieldsville in the County of Rice and State of Minnesota, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
  
  
• It is my will that my funeral shall be conducted without pomp, unnecessary parade or ostentation, and that the expenses thereof, together with all my just debts, be fully paid.
  
  
• I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved wife Josephine DeClusin all my personal property and the use and income of my real estate during her natural life, on the condition, however, that she pay or cause to be paid to my son Josephus Theophilus DeClusin the sum of twenty-five dollars, and to my son Florent DeClusin the sum of two hundred dollars.
  
  
• I give, devise, and bequeath to my son Hubert DeClusin all my real estate, of which he will take possession only after the death of his mother, on the condition that during the life of his said mother he shall cultivate said real estate in a good husband-like manner for a third or half share of the crops, according to the usage of the country. And last, I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Josephine DeClusin to be the executrix of this my last will and testament, revoking and annulling all former wills by me made, and ratifying and confirming this, and no other, to be my last will and testament.
